Our Process

We believe in keeping things simple and efficient. As a boutique, we can only accept a handful of clients at a given time - this allows us to be fully immersed in our clients goals.

To understand your goals and the need for an online video, please contact us to set up a meeting. We provide a free consultation and offer in-person, phone, and virtual meeting options.

Discovery - At this stage, you go through the initial consultation with us via phone, virtual, or in-person. We ask various questions to learn more about your business/organization including timeframe, messages, and goals. This gives us an idea of what you need and how much it will cost.

Creative Brief - After the Discovery stage, we'll provide with a price, along with our thoughts and ideas.

Pre-Production - After the Creative Brief, we begin with writing voiceover scripts or interview questions. This stage also includes scheduling, prepping the equipment, creating a shot list, and visiting your organization or business office.

Production - This stage consist of the actual filming, including sound and lighting.

Post-Production - After the Production stage, we now enter Post-Production. This consists of editing, color correction, sound mixing, adding background music, and inserting your company logo, text, and contact information.

Delivery - Once the video is complete, we email you a link where the video (mp4 file) can be downloaded.
